1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OilHath Golf's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

OilHath Golf provides golf instruction services including:

  • Private golf lessons
  • Group golf lessons
  • 3D swing analysis
  • Golf training programs
  • Related golf instruction services

3. Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Lesson Bookings

  • Lessons must be booked in advance
  • Full payment is required to confirm booking
  • Bookings are subject to availability

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • No-shows will be charged full lesson fee
  • Late cancellations may be charged 50% of lesson fee
  • Refunds are not provided for completed lessons

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Thai Baht (THB)
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Bank Transfer
  • Package lessons must be completed within 6 months
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for lessons
  • Bringing appropriate golf equipment
  • Following safety instructions
  • Maintaining appropriate behavior
  • Notifying of any health conditions

6. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors will:

  • Provide professional instruction
  • Maintain safety standards
  • Respect student privacy
  • Provide appropriate feedback
  • Maintain professional conduct

7. Liability

OilHath Golf:

  • Is not liable for personal injury during lessons
  • Is not responsible for lost or damaged equipment
  • Reserves the right to refuse service
  • Is not liable for weather-related cancellations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Teaching materials
  • Videos and photos
  • Website content
  • Training programs

are the property of OilHath Golf and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
